Welcome to FontCat
Purpose
FontCat is a quick and easy way to examine the fonts in your system.
I knocked the first version up in a couple of hours mainly because I wanted a quick way to see what the various fonts look like in my system.
However, after receiving much positive feedback from users, I've enhanced it a bit and added some additional features. I hope you enjoy it.
FontCat will temporarily claim 10% of your free memory in order to 'donate' to the font cache, but you may find that window redraw is slow if you have many fonts in your system. This is now configurable from the choices window.
When you quit (simply by closing the window), the memory will be given back to the system.

!FontCat is SHAREWARE. This means that you are free to copy it and distribute it as much as you like, subject to the following conditions being obeyed at all times:-
- None of the files are deleted or altered in any way.
- No part of !FontCat may be reproduced in any form, or incorporated into any other programs without the express written permission from me.
- No profit should be made from sales of !FontCat.
Public Domain and Shareware libraries should consult me before permission is granted to include in libraries. This also ensures that I know who has the latest version.
- If you like !FontCat and continue to use it longer than 14 days, then please register yourself by sending £5.00(UKP) to the address below. If you include your email address, I can notify you of any future upgrades.
Your licence to use !FontCat is terminated immediately if any of the above conditions are broken. If in any doubt, you can contact me at the address below.

- Bug fix: Correctly declared fonts to allow correct printing to Postscript printers.
